Caller ID

i am not receiving any caller id , no name or telephone number.
using rt31p2 linksys router
is it fro my side or there is any configiration i should do.

Has it worked in the past with this ATA and it just started not working, or has it never worked?

No numbers, no names, is virtually impossible.
One of the following CID's may occur:
Unknown (Unknown)
Anonymous (Anonymous)
Private (Private)
12345000 (12345000) <--- Usually for Skype
4166420882 (4166420882)
It is not possible for NOTHING to display...
