Fongo Home Service - Is it free in Canada?

I'm really not clear on how Fongo Home Service works. I know it is said to be free calling across Canada.

I live in Burnaby, BC, a suburb of Vancouver, BC. I have a couple of friends that live in Port Coquitlam, BC and 100 Mile House, BC but when I look at this url ( http://www.fongo.com/calling/free/ ) neither city is listed. Port Coquitlam is actually a suburb of Vancouver as well.

Does that mean that I would have to pay long distance charges to phone someone at either of these two locations?

Use this lookup tool. I know it says it is for international calls, but it works for Canada also. Just include the initial 1 on the numbers (eg 16133662222). http://www.fongo.com/calling/long-distance/
