OBi200 - How to setup (Configure) Caller Name
- I have a OBi200 on Freephone line but when I place calls the recipient see's the incoming call as 'Unknown Name' and my phone number. Does anyone know how to configure the Caller Name for Freephone line service?
Thanks.

I do not think there is anything you can do on your end. The telco on the other end can chose to look at the information to see who is calling on a VOIP call, but they choose not to for whatever reason.

I have exactly the same issue. I have been using FPL for almost 4 years now as my home phone line. I have PAP2-NA ATA running the latest firmware 5.1.6. It worked perfectly until 6 months ago, when all outbound calls made using fpl, recipient started seeing caller ID "Unknown".

I have no idea how to solve the issue, as it is on the FPL side.

Hi there,

Have you tried this:

Dial *68 and hang up.

*68 Block CID Deact Code (Removes caller ID blocking on all outbound calls.)

Reference from below:

Let me know.

Thanks,
