I live in Brantford ON and the nearest city listed is K/W. I understand people calling in from Brantford will get a long distance charge but will I get charged for using a Kitchener number...is it still free for me to make calls in Brantford using your service?

Yes, Freephoneline is VoIP, not PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network -- Landline$$$$$)
