I want to try out asterisk, but need a SIP provider. Can I use fongo/freephoneline/et al for this?
Or, if not, a similar free service, just to test out? Just trying to learn Asterisk, but need something to learn on.

Re: asterisk
You can use freephoneline for Asterisk, but you need to pay $50 for the SIP settings. Worth every penny in my no so humble opinion, because after the $50 ding, you do not have to pay for a phone line again. For your $50, you get 2 outgoing lines, and 1 incoming line.
