Is it possible to merge 2 FPL accounts?

My husband and I both have an FPL account. His FPL phone number is known by others, and wouldn't like to change. My FPL phone number is new within a week, but only my FPL number purchased VoIP Unlock Key. We only need one FPL phone number with one VoIP Unlock Key. Is there anyway that either change my FPL phone number to his FPL phone number or transfer my VoIP Unlock Key to his FPL phone number for free? Thank you very much in advance!

I looked at that link. It applies to transferring FPL phone number to Fongo Mobile / Fongo Home phone. Does it also apply to transferring from one FPL phone number to another FPL account?

If it's an internal transfer, it is applicable.
