Would you please list all advantages, which can convince people to choose the $4.95 per month Fongo Home Phone, rather than using the $0.00 per month FreePhoneLine? Thanks!

The biggest thing is you get official support with Fongo. FPL does not offer any support really, just what you can get in this forum.
The other thing will be Fongo provides an ATA where with FPL you have to buy your own.
Other than that, you will get the same choice of areas to pick a number from, and the same calling areas. The two services also use different servers to register to. They don't say anywhere officially, but I bet I know which one will get worked on first of both went down at the same time
