Freephoneline verification email not working?

Hi all.

I'm helping a friend to set up a freephoneline account. We started with the registration process, where a verification email is sent. However it's been a while and no verification email has arrived (we tried different emails too).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are stuck.
