Unable to port Winnipeg number

I see the announcement
"Fongo now offers local Winnipeg numbers!" but when I try and go through the process of porting my number there doesn't seem to be a way to list a Manitoba address (see image). So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to go about doing it...

That is news to me. I just saw a tweet saying so here.
https://twitter.com/fongo_mobile Considering how recent the tweet, if it is true, you might have to wait a tad bit longer to port your Winnipeg number over.
