Inbound URi for FPL

Right now I'm using pbxes.com to register my FPL number, 1416XXXXX. I can be reached by myfpl@pbxes.com or 1416XXXX. Now the inbound for FPL truck in pbxes.com is unstable. I hope there is a URi for FPL so that I can get calls from any SIP device. I tried to call 1416XXXX@voip.freephoneline.ca and heard "This account number is not valid".

Can I forward the FPL incoming calls to another SIP URi?

Not without using something like asterisk and the like. For whatever reason, Fongo disabled Inbound URI, and I do not believe they will ever have plans to change that policy.
