How can I connect with customer support? My phone service doesn't work properly. I can't hear anybody who call me from regular phone line (at same time caller hear me good) and I have a good communication from Fongo phone line.

If you are a Freephoneline customer with third party ATA device, you should check your device config against different guides below:

If you are unable to setup your third party ata device, you can purchase pay per incident support:

If you are a Home Phone customer and you pay every month, please open a support ticket:

You should verify device config as per below:

Note: we only allow one device at a time, if you are using ATA, please log off and close Desktop app.

I newer use PC application and ATA in same time. When I used PC application I disconnected ATA. When I use ATA my PC application is closed.
If phone line working well my PC application must work properly or no?
