Can any Halifax numbers be ported?

Can any Halifax numbers be ported?

Recently, Fongo has offered Halifax numbers. Sadly, it appears that I cannot port over my 902 443 xxxx number or my 902 455 xxxx number, both which are Halifax numbers. Can Fongo port any Halifax numbers? Is this going to be an issue for a while? Any guidance would be appreciated!
