I have a crazy idea.
Since you are in the phone business, how about have a person answer a phone?

I think when Fongo starts charging $70 a month for their service, you might be able to to get a telephone CSR from India to incompetently take your call. Fongo does not have a telephone CSR, because it is too costly for what they charge.

Surprisingly, the ticket system and the forum is rather efficient, and it works, but is not for the impatient.
