Hello, I used to be a nettalk (similar void product) customer. For some reason, their service became unreliable and I was unable to receive calls on my number. See link for details http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2016/01/19 ... 20920.html

Anyway, I was just wondering if it is possible to get that number on forgo. Apparently, both company company's use block of numbers fromantic Iristel

Hi,

If the number is portable, it should work with no issues.

Please check the link below to see if we can port your number:

https://support.fongo.com/entries/22899 ... o-network-

if we can port that number, follow the steps below to order porting:

Good luck!

Thanks for the response. The number is in an area that is portable. However, like I mentioned earlier, it seems my previous provided lost the numbers because of the dispute they had with Iristel. This probably implies that the number is no longer associated with me (I may be wrong).i.e. the number is no longer active. So my question is what's the best way to retain this particular number with fongo? Ideally, I would like to provide fongo with the number and see if I can re-acquire it.

Hi,

According to our records, that dispute has been resolved a while ago.

As long as your number is active, we should be able to port it with no issues

Thanks,
