Cannot receive incoming calls

Apparently people are unable to call my Fongo phone number. If someone calls me either:

They hear a single (one) ring, and then they receive a busy signal.
They hear a single (one) ring, and then they are disconnected and hear the dial tone.

I haven't had any difficulty making outbound calls.

What product do you have?

1. Fongo Mobile
2. Fongo world
3. Fongo works
4. Fongo Home Phone
5. Freephoneline Home phone
6. FPL with sip broker

Hi,

In Fongo app settings, anonymous/Private calls are blocked by default and it could be that the calls you are missing are from Anonymous/Private numbers, please unblock anonymous calls to correct the issue:

Account > Settings > Blocked Calls > Block Anonymous Calls (Uncheck this).

Whatever was happening last night, cannot be reproduced this morning. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my messages though! The Fongo Mobile service is amazing!

True, I had this strange issue too but it seems to be working now.
