It appears Fongo cannot port my number, alternatives?

Are there any other providers I can try.
I already use voip.ms and they can port my number. However, the call quality is not good in BC. Lots of delay.
Fongo seems to have much lower delay but I did a check and it appears they cannot port my number. Is there any other provider I can try with low delay in BC?
