Caller id showing private

hi all

i posted this under the bugs , but since it is not repaired or corrected yet , i just wanted to know if it only at my end that it is not showing caller id telephone nimber and or name or it is a public issue for all.
i tried changing all setting on my papt2 and even changed the router to a new spa3102 but the problem is still there, so i guess it is a general problem so please confirm that.

if it is a general problem for all , when it will be fixed , and if it is only me what should i do.

It seems to show up with us here at the office.

i sent private message to admin of my fpl number to check for this problem which seems only to my number , but no response what so ever.
i dont know why my problem is ignored while i am sure it is not from my end because i checked with another number

It isn't being ignored at all, no problems are. I got your Pm and your email and I emailed the programmers and am also looking into it, as the agent told you when you called it (I sit behind him...)
