Is there email with FPL ISP?

I signed up with FPL to get VOIP as well as making them my new Internet Service Provider.

I thought I would have an email account through FPL. I can't find out any information about what my email address would be our how to access it.

Can anyone help?

You do get several @superspeed.ca email addresses with your freephoneline DSL account.
Please call into our support team to have these setup - they can also provide you with the server details too.

If you're wondering about whether or not you get an @freephoneline.ca email, those are reserved for system and employee accounts (support, noreply, info(at)freephoneline.ca etc...)

It's not obvious, is it. I had the same problem when I signed up for DSL.

Anyway, you can login remotely here using DSL connection details - http://www.superspeed.ca/src/login.php - or you can set up a POP3/IMAP account. Steve posted the information here when I asked. http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic ... 131#p11131 As Steve mentions, the login name is the full email address. (whatever@superspeed.ca)

I only use the default email address, but you can set up more - I assume by calling in.

I now know how to use the ...@superspeed.ca email account.
