I have just setup my new device Linsys Sipura 2100,
have all the configuration correct ( I believe), When I pick the phone I have the dial Tone and when I try to dial any number nothing happen dead tone, even when I call my number I got this number is not available.???
any idea ?

Have you confirmed the dial plan is exactly as shown in your sip settings?
Our device config section has a few similar linksys adapters - you could compare settings maybe and make sure everything looks good. Linkysys devices are all incredibly similar for config - despite the model differences.

Yes the dial plan is correct,
on the info Page i have the following:
Line 1 Status:
Hook State : ON
Registration State : Failed.
last registration : 0/00/0
and after many restart I got :
Registration State : Not Registered.
any Idea?????

Fixed, am able to call and dial out and in .
it was my internet provider blocking some ports, I connect it to another provider and everything is OK.
