call out ok no call in!

Hi what is wrong with my FLP i can call outside and talk no problem but i can't receive calls from outside no ring at all what could be wrong is it me or is it something else... help!!!!

hardware setup? softphone? ports forwarded? exact problem encounter from outside caller? worked in the past?
