linksys papt2 or spa2102?

Any benefits with either of these?

I already have a DSL router I will be using, so this device will be inside the network. I realize that the SPA2102 also functions as a DSL router, but I will not need this function.

That aside, is there any benefit with either of these products using this service?

I should probably mention I'll be using two lines on the device - and one will be for a fax.

Well, both have two line, as for the functionality: one is a router, one is not. More in depth info should be googled or search on linksysbycisco.com since I would just be copying it from there anyways
