Outgoing calls

It seems there is a problem with outgoing calls. Many times it's happening that when I make outgoing calls, I can hear the person on the other side of the line but I can't be heard on the other side. This is happening from 3 days now. Is there a problem or something I need to do on my end. Please advice. I'm using a Linksys SPA2102 ATA.
Thanks for your help.

Have you forwarded any ports from your router to the ATA? If not, you'll want to do this as it can be the number one culprit of one-way audio.

My ATA is connected to modem directly and router is connected to ATA.

I have the same problem. I posted this problem without any answer. Could you guys send a detail way to open UDP ports? That would help a lot of users for sure. Also, you guys should put a users manual to set the ATA up. I know that it's a free service but more people would be interested in your product.
