Can FPL pickup the second call while talking the first call?

I can see the called id of the seconde call and just don't know how to switch or pick up the second call if I'd like to.

If you are using the software phone, there is unfortunately no "Flash" or "Hook" button to pick up the second all, and put the first on hold / hang up since it's only one line (I know this should work, it's a flaw).
