How to register a second number

i am trying to register a new user to get a new number for my freind on my computer , but i am getting an error message that says
"You already have FreePhoneLine account!"

what can i do to set a new number for my freind

You should clear your browsers cache, we log IP addresses to ensure you're not a bot registering 50 accounts at once for telemarketing.

It is a cookie thing. Maybe you didn't clear the right cookie.

The simple way is to either use another computer, or use a different browser.

Also make sure you use a different email address as the sign up name. Each account has to have a separate login email address.
