Hi, I haven't been able to find a Linux version of the software (and wine doesn't seem to like it), I'm pretty determined to get something working, so I have a couple questions.
1) If I buy the $50 config file, should it be possibly to setup some other softphone software to use my FPL account?
2) I've noticed that the software was made in Java and it looks like the FreePhoneLine.exe executable just reads the classpath and main class from the ini file and then launches the jar. Is this correct? I've also noticed there are some dll files in the 'native' directory... I think that might be where I would get hung up trying to get this running on linux. Do you know if there would be any way to deal with those (maybe linux versions of the libraries that could drop in in their place)?
Thanks.

Re: Linux Softphone
#1 - Yes. You can use the SIP settings in any SIP client out there. I believe 'Jake' from our forums here is running a linux client, but I can't recall what it was called.
#2 - needs to be answered by someone who knows java programming. I myself, do not

Re: Linux Softphone
Thanks! I think I'll get the config file because I'll probably want to set up an ATA someday anyways.
