FPL Blacklist to Visa Desjardins ?

Hi
I try to call to Visa Desjardins (514-397-4700) and I doens't have a line.
Any peolples have this problem ?
Or am I alone ?

I am not sure if you are alone, but I just dialled that number and successfully connected to their IVR. No problem here.
