Dialin goes to voicemail after ported in the Comwave number

Hi,

My FPL number suddenly stopped working today. I found it's replaced with my Comwave VOIP number that I asked to port since 01/11 in checking SIP Settings. I reconfigured my Linksys PAP2 with new ID and password and it's working back the dialout.
The dialin works with Bell Cell or Bell Land Line but it goes right into the voice mail when I tried calling from the office with the prefix 9,514-xxx-xxxx. It was working before porting in.
I discovered I can workaround in calling this number as long distance call (or 9,1-514-xxx-xxxx + my company's personal long distance code).
Before that, my cousin with FPL number couldn't call my FPL too.

Please help! I already had headache in receiving the last bill from Comwave. I got charged $50 by Comwave for porting this number that I'm not aware of it. I should just take FPL number and cancel Comwave to save this headache.
