gave them a call on Saturday(Jan 16th 2010) gave them my credit card info and was told I would get an email when the payment was accepted.
in this email was to be the codes for the sip info. they told me 7-10 business days for shipping of the ATA
I just gave customer service a call, due to not yet getting an email verifying my payment on credit card. ( Thurs Jan 21 2010 )
the customer service rep said there was nothing on my account info, and he will call billing, and email me the results of his findings.
Jan 21 st got a PM from mod saying my order had been taken and was waiting to be processed manually.
Jan 26th got an email with sip settings, still waiting for the ATA
ATA shipped Jan 28th
arrived 10am Jan 29th
was able to make outbound calls but not get incoming.
I had to open a couple of ports on my router, now all is working great.
called tech support for the port numbers, the guy was great, very helpful.
Final note: I will recommend freephoneline to all my family and friends
the ATA is great, customer service is A1

I believe that special discount you were offered is being billed separately because our normal billing system only has the pre-set prices we usually use for things. They'll have to make the adjustments then bill.
