Softphone & ATA Together = Ring on both??
Softphone & ATA Together = Ring on both??
If we install both the ATA and software together, will both devices ring if I get an incoming call? Also, what if I use the ATA to dial myself, will the Softphone interface ring?

The first option I assume would be pretty straight forward - The second one I'm not getting. Do you mean if you have both the ATA and the software phone on and running and you call your own number, will it act like an "intercom"? If you were to dial your number and either were on it would access your voicemail.

Ok, makes sense. If I call myself, regardless if its softphone or ata, the system will know automatically that I'm try to check my voicemail...
