Softphone doesn't work?

Windows 7 HP 64bit
firewall off
sometimes work, most time not
But softphone of Vbuzzer and Voipstunt works perfectly

I connect my SPA1001, set Line1 as Voipstunt:5060, Line2 as Vbuzzer:80

FPL makes me headache...I was thinking about $50 for my Lindsay SPA1001. Not sure now.

What is the model of your computer?

Have you forwarded UDP ports 13000 and 13001 to your computer, made sure router doesn't have an internal firewall, made sure av software isn't blocking freephoneline.exe OR the ports mentioned above?

I activated port 13000-13001, everything is fine now. Didn't forward to router. Is that nessessary to forword?
I also want to know, if I buy config files to use my SPA1001, do I need to activate the port and how?

If you buy a config file and configure your SPA2102, you will need to forward ports 5060 - 6061 to the IP Address of your ATA.
