how to block crazy incoming scanners calls ?

I am bothered to death by some crazing incoming phone calls. Almost every two minutes, the phone rang with the shown numbers such as:

sipvicious

some panasonic phones have add to block list
works great
I always answer, determine telemarketer, ask them to call back in 5 mins, add to block list, phone rings once and plays them busy signal

they are not a telemarketers they are sip scanners who is using SiVuS SIP scanner

I limit incoming calls only from 208.65.240.165 and 208.65.240.44 But I do not know all the freephone.ca servers IP addresses and i want to make sure i dont end up blocking my calls.

Don't know if your ATA has a call forward feature similar to the Linksys / Cisco ones, if so you can forward them directly to voicemail. See the following topic: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 37&p=14070
