Long Distance
Long Distance
I was wondering if some one would be able to call my FPL number is they were in USA? If so if I had call forwarding on would it connect them directly to me or would that call be considered local since my FPL number is a local number?

Re: Long Distance
FPL is built to work in Canada, calling out. anyone can call you it is just a matter of quality. I can have my family from Scotland call here to Kitchener-Waterloo and it would be fine, because their internet is 15Mbps+ It is just like any other internet traffic, it can be routed through and from almost anywhere.

The other thing to remember too, is that the Freephoneline numbers here are just like normal numbers. If your friend in the US is calling your Freephoneline number, it is the same as if they called any other number in your area. If they used an Freephoneline number in the US, their local calling area would be the same as any other Freephoneline user.
