invalid password, please help

I just set up my Thomson780(modem/router/ip_phone_port all in one) for freephoneline number. I can hear the dial tone when pick up the phone, but a message "invalid password" announced after I dial a number. Can some one please help... Thank you in advance for any suggestion.

I set up the modem/router as following:

registrar: voip.freephoneline.ca
registrar port: 5060
proxy: voip.freephoneline.ca
proxy port: 5060
expire time: 180

SIP URI: 1xxxxxxxxxx (my ten digit freephoneline number)
Username: 1xxxxxxxxxx (my ten digit freephoneline number)
password: xxxxxxxxxxxx(password to login to freephoneline)

this is because you did not buy the configruation to use your ATA device to use with FPL service and for that their voip server will not recognize you as a valid user.
what you have to do is order their configuration and pay 50$ and tax 6.5 so you will be able to set your ATA device.

This is all correct but you must realize that the softphone is for testing and when/if you are happy with the service you may puchase a configuration file and and ATA (if you don't already have one).

The correct configuration is:

Registrar: voip.freephoneline.ca
Registrar port: 5060
Proxy: voip.freephoneline.ca
Proxy port: 5060
Expire time: 180

SIP URI: 1xxxxxxxxxx (10 digit phone number)
Username: 1xxxxxxxxxx (10 digit phone number)
Password: Provided by purchasing the configuration file - $50.00 + Tax (One time)
