Voicemail and Google Voice issue

I have set up my 403 FPL phone number to forward to my Edmonton 780 landline.

I then registered the FPL# with Google voice as one of my phones to call.

This all worked out beautifully... except despite the fact that I have set the followme "number of seconds" to 72s, it still goes to FPL vmail after 30s. It *should* be still ringing my phone and go to Google Voice's vmail after 30s.

Anyone have an idea of why that should be, and how I might correct it?
