Cannot change Voicemail greeting from Standard to Personal

Hi,

For some time I've periodically tried to record a personnal greeting message since it mysteriously switched back to a standard "The person you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message" this summer. Seems to work fine when I record and preview it, but it never actually gets saved. Any clue?

Hi, I am also having the same problem. I have recorded the personal greeting but the standard greeting is the one plays...
