Always get a busy line on outgoing calls

When ever I make a call from a existing phone # on my FPL, like my cell phone, my work phone # or parents house, I get a busy line. I pick up the phone, hear the dial tone place the call and it gives me a busy line after I finish dialing. I get incoming calls no problem. Can anybody see what would be the problem. thank you

Sounds to me like a dial plan issue - what sort of device are you using to make calls? Or is it just our softphone?

The suggested dial plan in your SIP settings (in your account on freephoneline.ca) should be compatible with the SPA series of devices

It includes a few tweaks, such as immediate-dial for recognized 10 digits phone numbers and 11 digits long distance onces. There's also x11 numbers in case Freephoneline implements them in the future.

lets try the one u gave me cause I use the default dial plan that was on the spa2102 and when u dial a # u dont hear anything for like 7 secs and after u hear the busy signal. So i'll let u know if this one works.

When you plug your ATA behind the router, there shouldn't be any problem however.
what is your ISP routing setup so this can give us a better idea on how its all setup at your house.
