Where do I get the form ?

Post by Juste »

Hello,

Sorry for this question but I can not seem to find the form I would need to port my number over to FPL.

Is there a link ?

Thanks,

Does freephoneline still have a CS ?

I wanted to know what fax number I should use to send my port in request and found out I no longer call CS.
Then I did email asking for the same info and I am still waiting for an answer.

Is there another way to reach you ?

Thanks,

Hi Juste,

Right now porting requests are being handled via email while a new system is in the works. You can find the details here:
http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries ... er-porting

I'll poke around and see what the delay may be on your request.

What is the typical response time? I emailed in my form like it says to porting@freephoneline.ca with subject "Porting Request" and asked them to confirm receipt when it was received. That was monday, and I haven't heard anything.

They are very swamped with things right now as they move over to a new support system. Once they are caught up it should be very slick, but there is this period where there is a big delay.

I can't give you a time when they will respond, but they will get to it for sure.
