Hi!!!
So I've set up my account and I want to use call follow me because the local area that I work in is long distance to my house and I don't want people to be discouraged to phone long distance. So, I've set up my account and received a phone number, I set my follow me settings to enable, ring mode to sequential and follow me mode to always call forward, but when I call the number I can't get it to go through on my home phone. Any suggestions????

Is the phone number you are forwarding to actually in the free call list for Fongo?
Does your call go through if youcall the number you are trying to forward to with the Fongo app?

So my city isn't on the free call list, so it looks like the fee would be $0.02/per minute, so if I did want to use the service I would be charged everytime I used the follow me function?

That is correct. You would need to purchase long distance credits in order for the follow me settings to work on that number. Another option would be to install Dell Voice app on your cell phone (sign up if not currently with Dell Voice and it is 100% to use).
