Grandstream 702 not wokring with call features

After switching atas from the spa3102 to a Grandstream ht702, now I can only use the *98 for accessing my voicemail. All other codes such aas *67 do not work any more. Any suggesions? I have he call feature turned off in the configuration. Also does call waiting work with Freephoneline as I can never get it to work.

The HT702 manual is here if you do not have it. The SPA3102 was probably configured to send * codes rather than interpret them locally. The HT702 is probably behaving differently because it sends some * codes and interprets others locally. You should be able to sort this out from the description in the HT702 manual.... in particular see page 41 re. * codes and dialplan.

I have configure my Grandstream HT 702 according to HT 701 manual. My outgoing call is disconnecting after 40 -50 second. can u help me out from this problem. i have this problem since i bought free phone line. not a single day was good for me. please somebody help me out.

See page 38 re:* codes if you have problems with them. You may want to disable features so that * codes are
not interpreted locally.

Thaank you very much dibsmft. thanks for sending me file for configuration. i did configure my ATA adapter but i have an issue of dis connectivity of out going all after 30 sec all the time as incoming call works fine but out going got an issue.
can u help me out how to resolve an issue if possible

If you have not already done so, try running STUN for NAT keep alive. A suitable stun server would be stun.callwithus.com
