Where to but Free Phone Line ATA?? which store?

I am trying to buy Free Phone Line ATA device. i can not find the any store who has this ATA device?
can some one suggest me from where to buy this device? which is the best ATA device and how much it would cost me?
i have concern about voice quality as well. it will be highly appreciable & thankful if some on can reply.
is there 4.95$ monthly fees also?? can i make 911 call also?

I use the Grandstream HT701 ATA. It is simple to set up and voice quality is excellent. Here is an eBay link:

There are instructions in the 'Device Configuration Sharing' section of this forum.

Then you will have to purchase from Fongo the config file, (which is your username and password) which you will enter in to the ATA setup. Cost is $50. There will be no monthly fees, except for your long distance charges to your account. 911 works, but it is explained in the FAQ section of the website.

Well the voice quality will be super for me so far no complain at all

Save $$$ with FPL if you try to save $$$ in this kinda economy

Better than Rogers, Bell, Comwave ect........

The price was reasonable (cheaper than I could find it delivered from ebay) but since I picked it up I don't know what the shipping costs are like (in Canada probably ridiculous) but if you are local to Mississauga it's probably the best spot I've seen (and you can simply purchase an IP phone if you prefer).
