using HTC magic, cannot find Dellvoice for reload

I had to reset my HTC Magic to factory settings, and went to reload my most fav. app, DellVoice, and could not find it in the Market app...searched, etc...and cannot find it.
Have gone to DV direct to get app and cannot, must go to Google App and cannot get it from there also. What am I doing wrong? Service is by Rogers.

Unfortunately with the latest release of Dell Voice we were forced to bump compatibility to Android 2.2 and higher. Based on your profile details I see that you're running 2.1.

As far as I can see with some quick research, no carriers have upgraded the Magic beyond Android 2.1 (likely due to hardware limitations making the phone unable to support newer OSs).
