Possible to forward to Fongo's SIP?

I'm using Nettalk and want to try forwarding the number to Fongo. But Nettalk needs my Fongo's SIP address. Is this accessible without paying the $50?

It's not possible even if you do pay for the config file.

FPL/Fongo does not allow incoming SIP calls.
