Just noticing I can't find any information about the Blacklist option that I see on the softphone...
So here's a few questions:
1) Does the caller know they're blocked or otherwise incapable of completing the call. (I.E. Recording says "Your call can not be completed as dialed.")
2) Does it forward them to Voice Mail? (Obviously if above is true, then this is false.)
3) Is the blacklist stored locally? Or will it updated from one PC I use to the next when I log in there. (I suspect it's a local setting only.)
4) If I have follow-me setup can I utilize the blacklist as a call filtering mechanism? (I suspect this is a yes, if the Softphone is open, and it forwards after a # of rings.)
