how to setup dial plan or speed dial with an extension numbe

I use SPA 3102

for example, My office number 416 123 4567 ext 890

I try to setup dial plan as follow:

<:14161234567,890> no luck

I tried to setup in speed dial,

4161234567, it works only without extension number (when I press 2#)

Any suggestion?
