Here is my new config of my Obi100 to make my fax work (with ipfire, untangle, ...)
1st : Use sip.fongo.com
Note: I'm using port 6655 and 15555 in my firewall (forwarded ports). I using an internal stun and ntp.

Not that it is going to affect you the way you have it set up, but unless something has changed with Fongo that I was not informed, the G.726 codec is not supported. Only G.729 and G.711. But since you have G.729 as your first priority codec, you probably will not have any problems.
