I found this and the only thing you need to do is fill in your FreePhoneLine settings where it is "red" if this helps anyone.

I have Ubuntu linux 10.4 cable modem Motorola SB5100 using Grandstream 486.

I have follow the config but I get no connection at all. Also I cannot access the internet with my computer when the 486 is plugged in. Lights stay red no dial tone no green. Please advise.
