Based on the freephoneline web page: All incoming phone numbers are displayed on the freephoneline softphone or Home Phone. If the number is saved in your contacts you can customize what shows up.
I wonder how I can create my saved contacts? For example, when I called my phone from my cellular phone, I would like to have my home phone displayed as "My name - mobile" or "My name - office" if I am calling from my office.

This would be done on the phone itself, assuming it has some kind of contact list on it. This isn't something that can be done on the Fongo/FPL side of things.
If your phone does not have a contact list on it, then I don't think this will be possible.
