100 # speed dial

Primus has a 100 # speed dial it works like this Dial *75 follow voice prompts and enter phone # then the speed dial # *3?? you want to use. Primus told me it was the ATA SPA 2102 doing the speed dial. NOW the :?: Is there a way I can set up my other SPA 2102 that I use for FPL to do this???
