Cannot change 911 information

Hello, I can't seem to change my 911 information after logging into my Fongo mobile app account from my desktop computer.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

To change your e911 Information:
1. Login www.fongo.com or www.freephoneline.ca (depending on the service)
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Click on "Update Info".
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Check "I agree to and accept the Terms & Conditions of the service, and have verified the information entered is accurate."
6. Click "Update".
7. A pop-up box will state, "Your changes have been saved successfully".
8. Click OK.
