can not make a call

Hi, i would like to get a refund for my 5$, i can not make a call it gets canceled all the time
thats a number i am trying to call 1 (removed by moderator for privacy reasons)

Please give a call into our technical support team so we can look into why this call is not completing and assist in fixing it.

haven't used my Dell Voice for over 60 days through I am unsure whether or not that is related to the problem at hand. I use Dell Voice on my computers, and when I try to click the dialpad, nothing shows up. I am unable to make calls using it. I am wondering whether or not it was possible to either reactivate the account - although I'm quite certain that the deactivation is after 90 days - or fix the problem. I do have a five dollar credit on the account and was wondering if it was possible to transfer it somewhere else.

welcast: First I suggest you make your own post as you are likely to go unnoticed posting an unrelated issue on a previous topic. Second I highly suggest you call customer support as the public forum is not an official channel of support, and for anything regarding credit you're likely going to be required to call anyway.

If you are unable to dial numbers into the soft phone, but are connected to the servers, the topic has been covered in multiple threads (please use the search bar in the top right hand of the screen. The main thread can be found here

Would love to buy credit and use fpl but recently it just stopped working. i'm using version 3.2.6.0 of fpl on an ibm thinkpad with xp with dsl internet from bell canada. I troied to get them to forward the ports suggested in forum but they would not. i tried myself in windows firewall? but i am a beginner.
when i test connection i get a message about port 13000 no connection fpl 3.2.6.0 on pc
I think i need some help
